New restaurant at Cinnamon Grand

The familiar Atrium Café outside the Cheers pub, finally gets a name this month. It will be known as "Serendib", and will serve as the venue for regular food promotions. A Malaysian food promotion beginning June 9 will be the first. The larger space will also benefit in-house guests at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, as every morning it will become a breakfast room, replacing the venerable Taprobane restaurant.

There is another potential restaurant space opposite the Echo Italian restaurant in the Angsana City Club and Spa, adjacent to the main hotel.
